Terms of sale

These terms govern access to the application, one-to-one consultations, and seats at conferences, seminars and workshops. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

1. Provider

Nasrine M., sole proprietorship registered in France (SIRET 939 621 496 00016). Contact: contact@nasrinem.com. VAT not applicable (French small-business regime).

2. Services

Digital access to the guided program (steps, calculators, financial workbook, generated documents, AI coach), one-to-one advisory consultations delivered by Nasrine M. or by a selected partner expert, and seats at conferences, seminars and workshops. Services are delivered remotely and require an internet connection and a valid email address.

3. Plans and prices

All prices are charged in euros (EUR); your bank may apply a conversion rate and fees.

  • Annuel: 118,80 € par an.
  • Mensuel: 17,99 € par mois.
  • Accès à vie: 497,00 € une seule fois.
  • One-to-one consultation: €120 per session, delivered by Nasrine M. or by a partner expert matched to your topic.
  • Events: price shown on each listing; dates are set solely by the provider.

4. Orders, payment and access

Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are never stored by the provider. Access is opened as soon as payment is confirmed, and at the latest within 24 hours, through a personal link sent by email. Access is personal and non-transferable.

5. Commitment, cancellation and refunds

Monthly and yearly plans include a minimum term of twelve (12) months from first access. After that term, you may cancel at any time, at no cost, with effect at the end of the period already paid. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charge.

You may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of purchase and obtain a refund of the amount paid, less any service already delivered at your request, by writing to contact@nasrinem.com. Consultations may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment; later changes or no-shows are payable. If the provider cancels an event, you are refunded in full or moved to another date, at your choice. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your province.

6. Partner experts and confidentiality

A consultation may be delivered by an internal or external partner expert. The service remains sold and invoiced by Nasrine M., who pays the expert. Experts are bound by confidentiality and only access the information required for the session. Sessions are held by video call and are not recorded.

7. No guaranteed outcome; scope of advice

The provider owes an obligation of means, not of result. Content, calculators, generated documents and AI coach answers are decision-support tools and are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Coverage focuses on federal requirements and common-law provinces; Quebec's civil law system is not covered. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and must have them validated by the competent authorities and licensed professionals.

8. Intellectual property

The method, teaching materials, templates, calculators and brand remain the exclusive property of the provider; you receive a personal, non-exclusive right of use for your own project. The data and documents you create remain yours and can be exported at any time.

9. Liability and force majeure

The provider's liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages and may not exceed the amounts you paid over the previous twelve months. No liability arises from events beyond reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

10. Personal information

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy, in line with the GDPR and with Canadian federal privacy legislation (PIPEDA). Privacy contact: Nasrine M., contact@nasrinem.com.

11. Complaints and applicable law

Write to contact@nasrinem.com; you will receive a reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
